Hi,

I am permanent resident of canada. I got married to my girl friend last month. We had been in a relationship since last 4 years. I work in alberta and she works in New brunswick. We don't live together but we visit each other as and when possible.

My questions are as follows:

1) Can I sponsor her under inland category?
2) If we are living in two different cities will it cause any problems/issues?
3) Is it possible to put her application under out land category as the processing times are less under it?

Thank you

1) I don't think so. You must be living together.
2) See 1)
3) Yes, this is the correct course of action.
