Hi,
I am a Canadian citizen and sponsoring my spouse who is an Indian citizen and is working in the US for three years. I have been living with him for a year in the US and on an H4 visa. We got married a year ago and I am unemployed currently. In the application , I have mentioned that I will be in Canada in a month's time. I was employed and my income was above the specified limit before I got married and left for the US. I have suppiled the rental agreement and an admit card from a canadian university as a proof of my reason coming back to canada.

My concern is that will I be considered ineligible for sponsoring my husband because I am unemployed currently ?

there is no minimum icome to sponsor your spouse your fine to do it as long as you prove your relationship is truly realy you be good
