My dad has some criminal records that are dated in 1989 and 1995. Those are all minor with small fines ($100 and $2000 roughly). He also has a record in 2016 but the charge was dismissed. I am planning to submit a detail explanation of what happed with each items when submitting the criminal records. Will these records considered to be inadmissble (reject our applications)? If so, what are my options?
