Sponsoring parents - question about filling forms

Hello everyone, I had a quick question about how to go about filling forms as I'm sponsoring my father and mother for their Canadian PR. Do I have to fill a separate set of forms - the IMM0008 - Generic Application, IMM1344 - Application to sponsor, etc. - for both my parents? In some of the forms it asks how many applicants are being accounted for in total but the forms don't have a section for two applicants. So I'm a bit confused. Would love to get help from the collective experience of the forum!

You fill out one set of forms with one parent as the primary applicant and the second parent as a dependent.

If you are planning on sponsoring them this year - you should note that the application cap was reached last year in a day and a half. It will likely happen even faster this year (within a day) unless the cap is increased. Your application needs to arrive at CIC's Mississauga offices tomorrow. Note that no in person drop offs are accepted. Only courier / mail.

Thanks a bunch! One more clarification - in terms of the fees then is it $450 per application or per person? In other words would I be paying $900 to sponsor both parents?
