I am sponsoring my mom to immigrate to Canada,my husband is the co-signer.
However, as I only started living in Canada in the end of 2012 (through spouse immigration sponsored by my husband), I don't have any tax return files for 2011 and 2012.
My husband has his NOA for the last 3 years to prove his income meets the minimum income requirement.
But, will immigration Canada refuse our application because the lack of my tax return files for 2011 and 2012?
