Hello every one here!

I have three nieces younger than 18 years old and I want to sponsor them or adopt them to bring them to Canada.
What should I do?
How should I start?
Do I need a lawyer?
Thank you very much

are they orphans or are their parents still alive? and do they have family in their home country?

First of all, as long as your nieces are not orphans, they cannot be sponsored for PR.

Secondly. If the nieces were legally adopted first, (after following all adoption procedures must be followed inside Canada and in native country) they COULD be sponsored if you are their legal guardian through proper adoption procedures, . HOWEVER, CIC can and probably will view your action as "adoption of convenience" thus can deny them PR. You would be accused of trying to bypass the PR family class qualified relatives category sponsorship rules, while the nieces' parents are alive. You would be still be legally their guardian but they still won't be able to come to Canada as PR. This suspicious would not apply if the nieces are orphans.
