hello.. theres a correction is this...



i am in pakistan for like 14 mnths. can i get her into my nikkah now. and before leaving for canada we can do the rukhsati and all. will that make an issue??? nikkah now and rukhsati after an year.. i cnt apply for her now. cuz m on pr and living outside canada ... so after 14 mnths i can aply for pr or visa..


2) i m studying now.. i just got engaged to her now.. i m not living with her now.. i wanted to get her into my nikkah..can i just do the nikkah unofficially right now. just to make things permanent with her... and we can get nikkah on paper before rukhsati.. will that make any difference?? help me in detail plz

I would do everything as traditionally as possible. Why can't you just get married to her now - with both the nikkah and the rukhsati - and live with her for the 14 months you will be in Pakistan? Then when you go back to Canada you can sponsor her. With a traditional marriage and all the evidence you will be able to gather about your relationship over the 14 months, your application should be processed faster than average.
