hello everyone.. i need some information.. m on pr card and currently outside canada.. i m going to canda for 2 mnths in dec till feb.. anyways my question is that.. can i apply for super visa for my wife??? or visit visa ?? within 2 mnths of my stay there?? or i have to stay there till she get the visa...can i apply for her super visa if i am in living in canda?? and if she get thats and she is in canada i can apply for her pr card???

super visa is for only parents and grandparents.. u can try for her visit visa..yes when she is in canada u have to apply for her pr inland application but u both have to stay there till she get pr... and on pr if u apply for her immigration while she is in pakistan u must stay in canada ur not allowed to go out of canada more then 2 weeks

if she get her visit visa she can get 6 months entry and after that she can extend her entry... but main thing is that getting visit visa from pakistan is only 20% chances

26 month is in worst cases now a days cases r done with 13 to 14 months...
for visit visa u need

1. letter of intent from our side
2. ur job letter
3. ur 6 months bank statement
4. letter of recommendation from ur MP
5. Nikah nama english translation noterized from karachi
6. her NIC english translation.
7. ur PR cards copy.
8. copy of last tax paid

these r basic things from ur side ur wife also has to show her ties from pakistan her job letter or if she is student university letter.. any thing which proves that she will return to pakistan

i am in pakistan for like 14 mnths. can i get her into my nikkah now. and before leaving for canada we can do the rukhsati and all. will that make an issue??? nikkah now and rukhsati after an year.. i cnt apply for her now. cuz m on pr and in canada ... so after 14 mnths i can aply for pr or visa..

sorry i didnt get u...u mean to say that u will go back to canada after 14 month ..and after that u want to apply ..yes that will be fine ..but i think for pr card holder there is certain time limit for staying out of canada.. r u allowed to live out side

The visa officers at Islamabad expect traditional marriages - so do whatever would be considered traditional in your culture. I'm guessing that the nikkah and rukhsati would look better if done close together, as is typical.
And if you are in Pakistan for 14 months, won't you be living with your wife? Keep all proof of that you can get.
Or are you in Canada, or soon will be? You can apply to sponsor your wife as soon as you settle in Canada. As a PR, you have to stay in Canada while the application is being processed.

My husband got PR in last year and he went there in November and got back in February 2012, as his father was died.
Then we got married in July 2012. Now he is back to CA on 1st of December.
We are in process to complete our documents so that he may apply to sponsor me in these 2 months of his stay there.

1. What documents do I need to attach with my application and other forms? I mean what documents need to be translated into English 1st to be attached with the file?
2. Our Nikah was written in urdu on urdu form. Do I need to get it translated and attested from Foreign Office as well? or the Nadra Marriage certificate will fulfill the requirement?
3. What documents need to be attested from Foreign office?
4. Do I myself need to to go get my Police Clearance Certificate or any1 else can get it on my behalf?

i didnt get ur unoffical nikkah and offical nikkah story u need nikkah nama for filing ur case but ur doint it unoffically then whts the use of??

u need to attached all forms u can downlad it from cic website..all ur educational documents, nikkah nama english and urdu both if ur nikkah nama was in urdu translate it and notrized it..ur wedding pics,,and all other pics with ur husband and with extended family and label them... english translation of ur NIC and notrize it. u need police clearnce certificate from all cities u lived u dont need to go personally ..and u have to do medical before submitting application.
