I just received my PR on July 15th being sponsored by my husband and my salary since last 3 years is way above base salary

2018$ 61000
2019 $ 65000
So Can I sponsor my parents?

The short answer is no. You need to meet LICO for 4 people. Your income from 2017 is insufficient.

You'll need to wait another year (until 2021) to qualify.

We also have no idea what will happen next year with PGP. I would wait until next year to see if you qualify. Sponsoring parents is not a given. Many want to sponsor for whatever spots will be a available next year. With a federal election things are in the air plus this year’s process is unlikely to be repeated.

If your husband is willing to co-sponsor and his income can be counted. So talk to him.
Also number of family memebers includes all dependents and persons that still on understaking of previous sponsorship. (e.g. if your husband had sponsored his parents)
