Sponsoring my new born son

Hi every body
Can some one please let me know that in filling the forms, do I have to fill the form 5481E form. i.e Sponsorship evaluation.
As for sponsoring son or wife, CIC does not check funds or we dont need to have a job, then can I skip this form or still have to fill and submit it.

Yes, you still have to fill out the Sponsorship Evaluation form - even though there is no minimum income requirement for sponsoring a spouse or dependent child. There's more information there than just the income stuff.

Can some one please let me know that if during sponsoring my son, I go for second marriage ( my first wife died while giving birth to son), will it have any type of effect on my son sponsorship or on my wife immigration process???

No, shouldn't have any impact. If you're asking because of the questions about previous sponsorships/undertakings still in effect, etc., it won't matter because of the fact that both spousal and dependent child sponsorships are minimum income exempt. They ask those questions so that they can be sure that a sponsor has enough funds to support all family members they have undertaken . . . but spouse and child sponsorships are exempt from inclusion in those income levels.
