Sponsoring my husband in Permanent Residency

I just want to ask regarding our situation. I am in canada and have a work permit.. I am with my daughter right now. Im planning to apply my husband for SOWP. My concern is: He overstayed in S. Korea for 5 yrs on tourist visa. We dont have plans to not declare his history of overstaying. Is it possible for him to attain owp visa? Or should we just wait till Im PR then I will sponsor him to come here?

Being 100% truthful is paramount!

You would not wait to sponsor him after you become a PR; you would include him in your own PR application.
