Sponsoring Minor Child

Hi

I am PR in Canada and is living in Markham, ON with my family. I came here in Canada on Aug,28 2014 and my son (9 month old) is USA citizen.Immigration authorities gave a paper which authorizes my son to stay till Aug 27,2015. And by this time, I have to apply for his PR. I want to know which forms (with their numbers) need to be filled ?
