Hello VIP Members,
I need your expert advice for my situation.

My husband sponsored me and I lived in Canada for over 730 days and got my PR renewed.
Unfortunately my husband could not stay and he could not get PR renewed.
His PRTD was refused.
He surrendered his PR status.
He applied for a multiple entry visa and he got 5 years multiple entry visa.

I applied for his sponsorship in May, 2014.
All documents were submitted.
My husband is in Dubai so the outland will go to Abu Dhabi.

Currently I am not keeping well. Some health issues. I am alone and need help at home. I am working as well.
Is there any way that I can get help in seeking early process?

No - unfortunately there is no way to request expedite processing.

Your husband could try applying for a TRV to come as a visitor to Canada before his PR is approved and include your health issues as a reason for wanting to visit.

Hello Members,
Good news.
CIC approved my sponsorship within 44 working days.
My file has gone to CIC, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Now 15 months wait period.

BTW, my husband is having multiple entry visitor visa for Canada so he can come here.
Regards,
Nancy

If you are still a permanent resident(PR), be aware that you can not live outside Canada during the sponsorship of your husband. Short visits outside Canada are not a problem but not extended stays, otherwise your sponsorship application may be refused.

Only Canadian citizens can live outside Canada during sponsorship of their spouse but must demonstrate their intent to return to Canada once the spouse is issued a PR visa.

Thank you.
I have a job, however, this year Dec, 2014, I will be going to visit Dubai / Mumbai for 30 days.
Then I will be back in Canada.
I hope that is okay.
Please let me know.
Nancy

I don't know if it will be a problem, but having a job that you will come back to is a good indication of someone that does not plan to "live" overseas. This is just my opinion though.

I will be travelling for 8 weeks and despite the risk, I feel it is important for me to spend time with my husband. If a visa officer does their job as intended(i.e. by looking at whether I have centralised my mode of living in Canada), then there should be no problem with the length of my visit.

Hi,
I have traveled in and out of Canada several time in the past six years.
Visa officers never questioned me at the airport.
So far so good.
I am hoping for the best.
Regards,
Nancy

Hi I am PR too and have travelled out of Canada too, Just bear in mind while sponsoring, your spouse it is not recomended to be out the Canada for long, most would say 3 weeks.

I was thinking more along the lines of "planes" are not the best place to be when you are not doing well, health-wise.

Hi,
I am taking good care of my health and I have asked for wheel chair.
Secondly, 2nd and 3rd week of Jan, the air ticket fare is too high, so I booked 3rd week of Jan,
Also since I am spending so much money on airfare, it is better to stay atleast 4 weeks.
I have not gone out of Canada since April, 2012.
Dec/Jan for 30 days will be the first visit after April, 2012.
I am hoping this should not be a problem
