Sponsoring From Portugal

Im a Canadian Living in Portugal with my portugese husband and my Son(who is already a registered canadian)

Which Documents do I have to fill in a matter to sponsor my husband. We are planning moving to Montreal QC.

Does anyone have a similar path in which you could help if possible?
