i would like to seek help to those who has experienced/ has knowledge in sponsoring their dependent children.. My tita sponsored her 2 children from the philippinnes .and now the elder child already received a medical kit , but the younger one haven't received anything yet . .what should we do?? should we call cic or the canadian embassy in the philippines.. will this delay the process? thank you in advance..
