My husband landed Dec 15 - inland. His daughter was listed non accompanying. We are now filling out the papers and he is going to sponsor her to come to Canada from Jamaica. Just waiting on option c.

Your husband can only sponsor his daughter if she is less than 19 years old. CIC must receive the application before his daughter turns 19. Once his daughter turns 19, she is no longer qualified to be his dependent thus no longer able to be sponsored since his daughter is considered to be an adult then.
