I am the only permanent resident here in canada. the rest of my relatives are either in United states or Philippines. is it possible to sponsor my cousin here in canada with me since I'm all alone here? I'm close to 30 and shes about 20 years old. I've looked online but there's so much conflicting data.

Then you can’t sponsor your cousin. Parent/Granparent sponsorship take presidence.
