Hello,

I'm sponsoring under the conjugal partner category and I'm not sure if i can submit the form via On Line?

I have total of 16 or 17 documents to submit to immigration Canada. some are PDF files which in some instance need a signature. Couple of Microsoft word documents containing pictures, drivers licences, national identity cards to Passports images which contain signatures.

Is it possible to still upload the files for sponsoring under the conjugal partner category?

any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I looked at your previous answer and you don't seem like you qualify for conjugal. What immigration issues are preventing you both from getting married?

Nothing preventing us from getting married.. we were hoping to get married once we settled in in Canada.
I'm canadian and i was just wondering if the forms i put together can be submited online or do i need to actually send the forms via mail?

If there is no legal barrier preventing you from getting married, then you do not qualify as conjugal and your application will be refused. You need to either get married or live together 12 months to become common law.

In response to your other question, as it says in the guide, you need to mail your forms and supporting documents in.

Your application will not be approved as there are NO legal barriers. Per the check list, everything must be MAILED in. I suggest you do a bit more research as to what conjugal means and start looking at other options for immigrating to canada

Online submission is not possible. Mail in only. Note that all signatures must be original (including hers).

Please listen to what others have said and reconsider applying as conjugal. There is zero chance you're going to be successful. You're just going to end up spending a bunch of time and money for no reason - which you'll likely find extremely frustrating. The conjugal class is reserved for very specific situation where there are real immigration barriers to marriage / common law. You face no such barriers. CIC is very strict with this definition.
