Sponsoring common-law after regular bcpnp application

Hello everyone,

I am a PR, I obtained my PR 3 years ago through the old BCPNP Skilled Worker program. In my application I included my partner and both became PR.

We since have split up and I am considering sponsoring my current gf when we reach the 1 yr as common-law partners. Since I have already include my ex partner in my BC PNP Skilled Worker application and that it was less than 5 years ago, I was wondering if I was eligible to sponsor her or if I had to wait 2 more years.

I am confused whether I could be eligible or not.

Yes you can sponsor your current GF because you did not sponsor your previous partner so the 5 years bar don't apply
