sponsoring a spouse from Denmark

hey guys!
anyone have an idea how much would it take to sponsor a spouse from Denmark ? I submitted my wife's application to Mississauga on May23, 2018 and I received the acknowledge letter with application number on June23,2018.

as far as I know anyone who resident in Denmark, their immigration visa will be issued in London.UK
has anyone any idea what the average of processing would that be take?

I’m a Danish citizen and I have just been approved. We sent our application in October 2017. It was processed in London, UK and took about 8,5 months. But just to keep yourself sane, expect it to take 12 months, and be happy if anything happens before. I visited several times as Danish citizens are visa-exempt.
