Sponsoring a sibling - 1993

My sister sponsored my Dad and 4 siblings, only 3 of the siblings were accepted because she didnot make enough income. However all four siblings had to do the medical and police record. My question is could she at the time reapplied for the the 4th sibling after we came to canada? Looking forward for your response.

If I understand correctly from the title of the thread, the sibling that did not get sponsored is born in 1993. That makes him/her 20 years old, which means the answer to your question is no. A few months ago they lowered the age requirement for siblings that can be sponsored from 22 to 18. Also, your parents would have to be deceased. The other siblings were probably sponsored as dependents of your father, him being the principal applicant, and your sister the sponsor.
