I am a 67 years old retired and absolutely alone in Canada . I get a pension and old age security pension, but my annual income is below 24000 requirement to sponsor a person. Is there a way to sponsor my son once I am alone in Canada?

Your family size is actually you (sponsor) + son (applicant) + any of son's spouses/dependents. If your son is single with no kids, then your family size is 2 so minimum income would be $31,061.

Since you don't meet the income amount, unfortunately there is no way to sponsor your son or any other relatives to Canada. They would need to see if they qualify to immigrate independently through an economic immigration stream.
