Hi,
my mom came to Canada on visit visa, she applied for refugee but now her claim is denied.
How can i help her staying in Canada besides she apply for judicial review and etc.

can i sponsor her from within canada ,i myself is on PR?

is there any possibility of super visa for her?

what if she leaves canada ,will she be given canadian visa afterwards ever again?

any suggestion would be helpful

Parental sponsorship is temporarily closed. It is least likely to get super visa granted since visa office will need to be convinced that she will leave Canada.

As long as she can satisfy all the requirements, she will be able to get visa. How likely? It depends on individual's situation. Is she qualified PNP or FSW? If not, have her on dating site and find her future husband!

Since your mother has been denied refugee status there is effectively zero chance she will be approved for either a super visa or a regular visit visa. CIC knows she wants to remain in Canada long-term.
