Sponsored PR divorce

Hello everybody,

I was sponsored to come to canada by my wife (citizen) and became a PR october 2018.

A few days ago I found out she was cheating on me and I decided to divorce her.

I m an emotional turmoil and i don't know what i am going to do, if staying in canada or go back to Italy.

I would like to know if there is any specific step I should follow in reference to my PR?
does divorce affect it in any ways?
is there something I should do other than the normal divorce procedure?
