Hey guys,

For spouse application, spouse is not in Canada. Is it absolutely necessary that I have to send the documents back home to get her signatures on the forms that form IMM1344E or can i use some kind of e-signatures?

I am sure a lot of people went thru this. Please share your experiences.

Thanks.

Original signatures in ink only.

only thing to do is fill out the forms, sign them then mail them for the other person to sign them.

Ink only. If possible, to reduce time and cost since most of the forms are fillable then save and email to her. Then have her print, sign and mail back to you when you'll sign finally. We were on skype when signing to ensure no place has been missed (the paranoid feeling of completing these forms - laugh) This is what my husband and I did to save on cost and time. Good luck!
