Sponsored partner tax dilemma

My wife (sponsor) is trying to update family record to show that she is married and has 5-month old baby (partner has temporary tax no.)
We filed 2013 tax together and now C.R.A insists on seeing my tax return even after sending them the same from HR Block.
So we are likely to go without CCTB, OTB and other credits for a long time.

Anyone who's gone through the same situation? How did you handle?

She needs to call CRA and speak to an agent and explain to them what she already sent. I had similar issues after filing 2013 income tax and my husband is not even in Canada yet. Some of these Departments do not communicate with each other but the agent has access to your file.

We having been calling CRA and not getting anywhere. Anyway, this morning we called and were told my tax return was received in the mail. But that the system has not been updated (it takes about 4-6 weeks for that to happen).
Hmm...true government work!
