Hi,
I received a letter regarding "Alberta Seniors Benefit" for dental and optical assistance for my sponsored parents.
I wanted to check if they are eligible to apply for it.
Has anyone here applied and got approval.
They are PR since 2019.
Appreciate any help and response.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for your response, that cleared things up.
They are presently not eligible for OAS, but we still received the letter so was a bit confused.

They likely send it to anyone above 65. You should be prepared to cover any of your parents expenses in general.
