I was accepted by the court for asylum and I am in the PR process and I also did the biometric. My husband waiting for a visa in my country. How long will it take to process his visa? Is it under review or will it start after I get PR?

It will start right after your PR is approved. You are looking at 2 to 4 yrs

Thank you so much. I have one more question. What do you mean for pr approval. Is it means what I recived pr application number?? I sent all my document first of February 2024 and I did biometric on March.

Sister... first, congratulations.

Please try to read about the PR process.. there are so many threads here.. try to spend some time reading about how long it will take for PR for you and your husband..
It will take a long time.. minimum 1.5 years for you to get the PR.. and possibly 2 and up to 4 years for your husband to join you here in Canada.
You and he should be patient, like the rest of people waiting as well.

He can certainly apply for a TRV but it will most likely be refused.
