Sponsor writes to the immigration office.

I am holding a student visa that will expire on 2017, what happens if my sponsoring person will write to the immigration stating that he is not liable or accountable to my stay here in canada that I will leave in this particular date? I am still allowed to stay while waiting for my LMO and working visa from employer? Or do I need to stay while waiting for the lmo and working visa?

This case would be legally bound then. Better u should get a suggesiton from a lawyer to avoid last minute hick ups..
