I have unique set of issues and its implications on my spousal sponsorship inland PR application. I applied in April 2018 along with OWP. OWP got sanctioned in July, before my visitor visa validity date(August) (i.e., six months from date of arrival), but, unfortunately I didn't receive the papers by post by the stipulated time period of 6 weeks. I mailed them regarding the same and they have sent another sanction, with a different document number (and cancelled the first document) dated in September.
Meanwhile, There were some trivial incompatibilities (which resolved thankfully) between my partner and myself and in the peak of emotion, my spouse withdrew the sponsorship and my application got cancelled. At the same time, we had to travel to our home country and I am out of Canada, right now, and I don't have access to the new set of work permit papers, hoping that they would have sent it to my home in Canada.
I have a few questions:
1) Will I be allowed to enter Canada? I have a valid visitor visa, mail from CIC sanctioning OWP in July and September.
2) I stayed beyond August, in spite of not receiving the OWP papers by post, will it be considered overstay?
3) What will be the impact of sponsorship withdrawal on my future PR application? Will it be possible to reapply from Canada or from anywhere at all? What are my options right now?
I am totally confused and request to reply to my post. Please.
