Hi I sponsor my wife n sent application back in july . It reached there on 11 july . Today I received my file back with letter from them saying that missing birth certificate of principle applicant even though I attached translated original birth certificate by notary . It was there . No i am confused what should i do . My application form were printed on 8 june should i send same forms i have now and what should i do with this birth certificate? What they actually asking for ? And what about payment do i need to pay again .please give me solution

Did you include all of the following for the birth certificate?

• the English or French translation and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation and
• a certified photocopy of the original document

I attached only original translated certificate by noary attested.. do i need affidavit too? And do i need to fill all applications form again and signed them as those were printed on june 8
