I have the below scenario
In a nutshell the details are below:
1. Got my first marriage in year 2005 in India.
2. I have applied for canadian PR card along with her and we both got PR card in year 2006 and both of us landed in toronto in year 2006.
3. After staying few days with me, she left to India because of Marital issues.
4. I was continue staying here in canada alone. I went to India in Jan 2014 to settle my marital issues with my wife. I took Unpaid leave from my company and went to India.
5. finally i got divorced from my first wife in Apr 2014 in india.
6. I got second marriage in May 2014.
7. I came back to canada and looking for a new job now Since my company dont have any projects.
8. Now looking to sponsor my second wife.
Question 1: Am I need to inform the Immegration authorities about my change of status and about my second wife?
Question 2: Am I eligible to sponsor my wife ? (ím hoping that i will get the job soon ). I did pay the income taxes every here in canada for all the years, but unfortunately i'm not getting salary for the past six months becose of my visit to India.
please help.
