I live in a foreign country and want to apply for pr in Canada. If my husband withdraw sponsor application will it affect me in the future? Will there be a record of my cancelled application? if I want to apply for another one in the future, will it be harder?

Yes - there will be a record of the cancellation. No - this won't impact a future PR application. No - this won't make it harder to apply for PR in the future unless you are being sponsored by a new spouse in which case your relationship will likely be examined much more closely.
