My husband is a Canadian citizen and we want to apply for PR using outland application. When I was filling the forms, I did not know how to answer this question: Have you ever submitted a sponsorship application for another person?
The reason for my doubt is that last year, my husband submitted an application to sponsor his parent. However, the application was returned without even being looked at because the 5000 limit was reached before receipt of their application.
So what do you think? Should I mention he has submitted an application for his parent?
