Hi! I need your help guys. Question number 7 of Sponsor Questionaire. It says " Starting with your current employer, give details of all your employer you have worked for over past five years". My partner has established a business last June 2014, shall she include her business here? Highly appreciate for your help. Thanks.

Yes, she should include it. If she needs to give more details, she can attach a separate sheet of paper explaining that it is her business, etc.
