Currently my score as an individual is 471 but if I apply with my spouse it comes to 469. Is it possible to apply alone and get PR and later on apply for sponsorship for my wife.
Will there be any issues..
If you select her as non accompanying then you don’t use her points. If you get PR, you move to Canada and then sponsor her when you arrive. Takes about a year or so.
However are there any legal issues to it as I am already married and though I am declaring that she won't come with me, can she apply later on in the express entry pool. Hope the authorities don't see as not disclosing information
