Sponsor over age 30

Hi,
This is Sadiq from Bangladesh. My elder brother have been living in Ontario, Canada about 7 years. He is a Canadian citizenship. Recently my parents have gotten PR. They will go within 2-3 months. My question is that
1. Will my parents apply for us for PR as our ages are 32 and 42?
2. Will my parents apply for us for PR after they will get the citizenship?
3. Will my brother apply for us for PR as he is now citizen?

1. No - they can't. You are too old and no longer classified as dependents.
2. Same answer as above.
3. No - your brother cannot sponsor you.

If you wish to immigrate to Canada, you will have to qualify on your own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
