Hi Everyone,
I am new to the forum. Do I have fill out IMM5481 Sponsorship Evaluation form?

In page 10 of the Document Checklist (IMM5533), IMM 5406 Additional Family information mentioned that "All other family members of the principal" also require signatures. what does that mean?
