Little back story, I came as a student but when i went to border to apply for PGWP and it got rejected but I claimed refugee and it got approved and now i am on work permit working full time job. I applied visitor visa for my mom once but it got rejected. I want to reapply, what are your tips to make my case stronger, I really want her to come and see me. Thank you for your time guys.

Her chances are low since you claimed asylum at the border. IRCC will think she will do the same. What were the reasons for rejection? Your option may be to meet in a 3rd country where you both can travel to.

She needs her own funds for a visit, strong ties to home country (job with approved leave, properties to maintain, pension etc.), travel history to UK, US, NZ or AUS.
