Everyone please enlighten me! Anyone with same situation and overcome it please give me advice, for we were been waiting for a long time to be together. We did submitted our Nov 2013 1st spousal application but refused cause he was not yet divorce at that time of our marriage Nov 2012. But he have now the Divorce certificate June 24, 2013. So we did the common law thing and that is our 2nd application.
I'm the applicant (38 yrs old) here in Philippines and my sponsor (69 yrs old) in Alberta, Canada.
Our Common Law Outland application was been delivered to CPC-M NOV 20, 2017, were waiting for the AOR...
Last Nov 14, my sponsor has a flu bug, had an accident got a bruised on forehead, he was found crawling towards the table in living room, rushed to hospital, diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's, stayed in the Fox Creek Medical Clinic near his place until he was transfered to Valleyview Health care facility to monitor more his condition until now he is there, hoping and praying they will not move him to Long term facility instead release him and be back to his home. For being lonely aggravates his feeling to be scared of what's happening and cause him to mess his own room.
How it will affect our application? Should I inform the CIC regarding what happened or it will be complicated to the application like the sponsor cannot do anymore his responsibility to me as sponsored person when I come to Canada?
Please help give me advice
