Very Urgent:
I am a Canadian lady married to an Egyptian man and I am planning on sponsoring my husband to come with me to Canada. We would like to know what documents we will need to have filled out for this process. Please is there anyone with this experience or knows exactly what we have to do and is there anyone who has sent the whole file to Mississauga recently.
yes you need lot of stuff to send your application to mississauga such as
marriage certificate
proof of relationship before marriage and after marriage
proofs to show that marriage is genuine
tickets and visas showing your visit to meet each other
lot of photographs of both of you and with friends and family over the period you are in relationship
photographs of marriage
fees $1040 total
option-c printout from CRA for sponsor
reference letter from friends and family
proof of place to live in canada (home, rental apartment or letter from parents or friends stating that you can live with them for few months after getting his PR)
police clearance certificate for your husband from each country where he lived more than 6 months after age of 18
medical certificate (they have a list of doctors for each country on CIC website)
police clearance and medical certificate should not be more than 3 month old, when you send your application to CIC
and application forms for both of you
photos of your husband (depends on his country he needs 6 or 8, check checklist for his country)
