hello there, m bhullar, my case is little bit hard to understand , as real father passed when i was 2.5 year old that time I had two elder sisters too, after that my uncle married my mother and my uncle raised me well, now the problem is names in documents. In all my documents on the place of name of father it is written my step- father (uncle ) name but in my sister's documents it is correct as name of real father , and there is no documents related to adoption.
NOW , i want to know what is my relation with my sisters in eyes of CIC , should my sisters note me as real brother or step brother , as both my both sisters are in Canada, and they want to sponsor me for visitor visa.
i will be very thankful to you.
condolence to all the families those passed away in tragedy of plane crash in Iran.

You are not a step brother as you and your sister's mother are the same. So regardless who your father is in the document, you are still your sister's sibling. When you are asked to prove your relationship with your sisters, your Mother's name should reflect on all the birth certificate.

Just to add that your sisters would be inviting you not sposnoring you for a visit. It will be upto you to show that you can support your visit financially, have a travel itinerary and have ties to your home country to show you will return home at the end of your visit.

Of course reality may be that your sisters are providing support, accommodation and so on but it is the applicant who needs to do the convincing to get a TRV.
