Assume 6 - 12 months from sending your pack in. You can expect closer scrutiny as this is your second sponsorship and possibly an interview.

As far as I'm aware, there's no minimum period of time you have to wait to sponsor again, as long as the divorce is all finalised and you can show the paperwork. You will either have to have lived with your boyfriend continuously for at least a year to sponsor him as your common law partner, or marry him to sponsor him as your spouse. You might find they scrutinise your file a little more because of your history.

• are still financially responsible for a previous spouse or partner that you sponsored. This means you’re still bound by the 3 year undertaking to take care of this person

There is in fact a minimum. It's three years from the time your first spouse landed and became a PR. This is the period of financial responsibility. OP is beyond the three years and is good to sponsor.

No - the five year rule does not apply to this scenario. The five year rule would only apply if OP had been the applicant in the first sponsorship application. However OP was the sponsor and looking to sponsor again. So the three year financial obligation rule applies.
