Hello. Cairo VO requested a newly filled relationship form. The sponsor is in a short stay in the US and will be back in Canada in 30 days,

1. Should the address of this visit be included at the history?
2. the form has the qustion (Do you live in Canada?). This stay is short and the sponsor has rent and employment in Canada. How should this question be answered?

Since it is a three-month stay, it is kind of up in the air. Since he or she still has a job and house or apartment in Canada, the address in the USA would not have to be mentioned. However, I would list it, and attach a separate sheet of paper explaining that their permanent address is in Canada, they are just on a short stay abroad, and will be returning to their Canadian home and job. I would say the sponsor can still say he lives in Canada. If they have to fill out a form about their travels, it should be listed there.
