Thanks for your answer. I am living just with my husband. My nice and her husband past away , the boy is the only one survivor. It’s sad.

My sister is his grand mother but she does not have any income . We couldn’t adopt him. He was very traumatized in that time. Now hi is 13 and he understands and wants to live with us.

If you have the funds, he can try and apply for a study permit with you as guardians. He must pay international fees so very expensive for high school. Public school tuition is between $15-20,000 per year and private school is even more. His application must show that tuition can be paid as well as living expenses of at least $10,000 per year.
