Is it possible to invite family member as business partner?

Or possible to hire family member as employee of our business in Canada through LMIA or without LMIA?

For instance, if I really need my family member to come in Canada to help with my business, what is the process?

It will be extremely difficult. Do you have an existing business that has been operating with proof of employees, balance sheet, taxes, etc.? Your family member would then have to show they have the work and education to make them an ideal candidate for the position and you were not able to hire someone in Canada to fill the role. You are not the only one who is trying to find creative ways to allow their family members to immigrate so IRCC scrutinizes cases where family is involved very closely.
