On the 2nd page where it is asking undertakings that are still in effect would I list my husband since technically when they receive the app it will be in effect????

and also it states PERSONS INCLUDED IN PREVIOUS UNDERTAKINGS YOU SIGNED AS A SPONSOR THAT ARE NOT YET IN EFFECT. Do I put my husbands name or leave it blank????

1) No because he's not landed yet, so technically there is no sponsorship in effect. Put 0.

2) No, put 0.


If it's just you and your husband, you should only put "1" in the first and second box ("Yourself" and "Current" undertakings)
