I applied for spousal sponsorship outland in march 2021. So far I have got SA, BIL, MR, MP and AOR2. File is at Ottawa VO. And by looking tracker I assume they are processing files at good pace.

So my question is will IRCC check sponsor eligibility again if I (sponsor) moved to another province ( not Quebec) and change my job? I got full time permanent job so I will be not on social assistant. Will it make process delayed if I let IRCC know about this changes as soon as i move?

Is there anyone who went through this who changed their province or job made their process delayed or IRCC checked sponsor eligibility again? I don't want to take a risk so really appreciate your answer.

You already have SA so I doubt that relocating and a new job is going to have any negative effect on the app.

Changing jobs and moving is allowed (Quebec would add an extra step) so not sure why you why you are concerned as long as you remain in Canada.
