Sponsor Dependant child PR application Confusion

Hi,
This might be a dumb question. But I couldnt get clear answers in documentation or in youtube.

I want to sponsor my two children for PR both below 3 years. Should I create two new accounts in PR portal with their name (and email ?) and submit the applications as if they are filling it?

If there is any link to existing forum or video about instructions for application for just dependant childs would be helpfull.
