Hello, what happens if a family sponsor takes the savings money of the sponsored landed immigrant then wants to kick him out? Or not allow him to eat anything in the house, makes him sleep out on a couch & spends all his money on her kids from previous relationships? He has just landed mid July this year, 2013, but they applied for sponsorship on August 2012...

Well a sponsor is responsible for the sponsored spouse for 3 years, no matter what happens. That is just the way it works.
If the sponsored spouse happens to apply for welfare or government assistance loans because of lack of money or a place to go. Then the sponsor will have to pay for that anyways. So what's the point?

Lucky for this sponsored landed immigrant that he applied before October 2012 and can decided to leave this abusive sponsor without fear of losing his PR.

Then the sponsored landed immigrant lack his bags and leaves his abusive sponsor.

Because you applied before October 2012, you are not Conditional PR, so you can leave your sponsor and keep your PR without any problems.

Run, man, just run :)
